For more than 80 years and four generations, our family has continued to grow olives on Shodoshima.

For Kura, the olives are carefully hand-picked and selected one by one. The selected fruit is then carefully matured under controlled conditions before pressing, bringing out a deeper, smoother and more mellow flavor.

Kura has a rich taste and a smooth texture that gently complements the natural flavor of food.

We especially recommend enjoying it as a finishing oil. Simply drizzle it over meat, fish, vegetables, salads or pasta, together with a little coarse salt, and enjoy the full flavor of this special olive oil from Shodoshima.

For more than 80 years and four generations, our family has grown olives on the sunny terraced fields of Shodoshima.
The olives are carefully harvested by hand and selected one by one before being pressed.

Inoue Seikoen 's farm in Shodoshima which is located in the Seto Inland Sea and surrounded by vast expanse of nature. There are more than 3,200 olive trees and 14 kinds of citrus grown with great care in the farm.
